The highlight of the tour is the Giants Causeway, Ireland's only World Heritage site. Here, you can spend some time climbing over the ancient stones, taking some photographs, as well as enjoying the myths and legends that surround this world famous attraction.

We also visit Carrickfergus Castle situated on the northern shore of Belfast Lough. This Norman Castle, which dates back to 1177, was besieged in turn by the Scots, Irish, English and French for centuries. It remains one of the best preserved medieval structures in Ireland and presents a great opportunity for photographs.

At Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge make the exhilarating trip across the bridge (weather permitting) which was originally erected by fishermen. For those who prefer to keep their feet firmly on land, you can take one of the exhilarating walks around the area and enjoy the stunning views.

When we stop off at Bushmills Distillery you can visit the gift shop or take a quick trip to the bar to have a swift taste or two of the world famous whiskey. The word 'whiskey' comes from the Irish 'uisce beatha' meaning 'water of life'.

We also include another photo opportunity with a visit to Dunluce Castle. The castle is located on the edge of the north Atlantic coast and is a popular location for the filming of the series the Game of Thrones. A typical tour along the Causeway Coastal Route begins at a time to suit you from your chosen departure point and after a 20 minute drive north we join the A2 Antrim coast road where you will experience some truly wonderful scenery along what is one of the best coastlines in the world.

One section of this drive, the Torr Road, tops it all on this tarmac roller coaster where you are just over 12 miles away from the Scottish mainland.

The Torr Road is a part of the Antrim coast road that you will never see from a bus or coach due to it's narrow and winding nature plus it commands some breathtaking panoramas offshore to Scotland and the Inner Hebridean islands of Islay and Jura as well as our own Rathlin which is Northern Ireland's biggest offshore island.

Many quaint little villages await you along with our north coast mecca of attractions which nowhere else in Ireland can offer in such close proximity!
